Job Description

Position Overview:

 

Ventra Software Systems LTD is seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager to lead the development and management of our software products. This role involves overseeing the product lifecycle from conception to launch, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the product meets market needs and company goals.

What You’ll Do

  1. Define the product strategy and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.

  2. Identify new product opportunities and enhancements to existing products.

  3. Product Development:

  4. Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

  5. Prioritize product features and tasks using customer feedback and business needs.

  6. Market Research:

  7. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

  8. Analyze and integrate market insights into product development.

  9. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  10. Serve as the primary liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

  11. Present product ideas and progress to senior management and stakeholders.

  12. User Experience and Feedback:

  13. Collaborate with design teams to ensure the product delivers a superior user experience.

  14. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform future product iterations.

  15. Performance Monitoring:

  16. Monitor and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions to improve product success.

  17. Continuously assess product-market fit and adjust strategies accordingly.

Who You Are

  1. years of experience in product management, preferably in the software industry.

  2. Demonstrated success in launching and managing software products.

  3. Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.

  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  2. Knowledge of UX/UI principles.

  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  4. Familiarity with market research and data analysis tools.
