Ventra Software Systems LTD is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Online Sales Specialist to join our sales team. This role is key in driving our online sales initiatives, engaging with customers through digital channels, and contributing to our overall sales goals.

What You’ll Do

  5. Interact with customers via email, social media, and other online communication channels to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  6. Maintain a high level of customer service and support, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  7. Market Analysis:

  8. Monitor online market trends and competitor activities.

  9. Provide insights on customer preferences and feedback to the marketing and product development teams.

  10. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  11. Track online sales performance and generate reports for management.

  12. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  13. Collaboration and Coordination:

  14. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.

  15. Coordinate with the logistics and support teams to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.

Who You Are

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  2. years of experience in online sales, e-commerce, or a similar role.

  3. Strong understanding of online sales platforms and digital marketing strategies.

  4. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales software.

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.

  2. Knowledge of social media platforms and social media marketing.

  3. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
